Service Description
This Deep Tissue targets sore muscles and enhances muscle recovery after exercise, sport activities or tension and stresses of a daily life. It combines deep work targeting the sublayer of muscles to treat specific areas of discomfort and relieves areas strained by overuse. Especially helpful for tight tired muscles after intense physical exercise. Techniques include stretching rocking and circulation enhancing strokes to move lactic acid out of the system. Deep Tissue has been known to lower blood pressure, break down scar tissue and reduces chronic pain.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours of advance notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50 percent of the reserved services or $45.00 whichever is more.
